Since 2015, Margie has served as the liaison between local businesses and Oro Valley government. She visits businesses weekly along with Mayor Winfield and a member of the Oro Valley Chamber of Commerce. The goal is to visit at least 200 every year. This helps to develop relationships and create an understanding that the Town is invested in seeing businesses of all sizes thrive and expand. Businesses know they can contact her if they need assistance.
Barbra Coffee serves as Director of Economic Initiatives for the City of Tucson, AZ. She is responsible for the city’s economic development strategy, which includes local business retention and expansion programs, business attraction, small business and entrepreneurial development. Her division is also responsible for annexations and the economic development and workforce grants program.
